The Kansas City Chiefs secured their second consecutive Super Bowl title on Sunday after scoring a touchdown in overtime that was the drive of the season for Patrick Mahomes and company. It took 13 plays, seven minutes and 19 seconds for the Chiefs to get into the end zone, their longest drive of the day, and it was capped off by Mecole Hardman's touchdown.
There were several key moments on the drive, including plays where it looked like the San Francisco 49ers may come out on top. Here is everything that happened on the championship-winning drive for the Chiefs:

Play 1: First-and-10 at Chiefs 25
Isiah Pacheco run for 3 yards.
Play 2: Second-and-7 at Chiefs 28
Six-yard pass from Patrick Mahomes to Rashee Rice.
Play 3: Third-and-1 at Chiefs 34
Pacheco run was stuffed for no gain.
Play 4: Fourth-and-1 at Chiefs 34
The play that kept the championship hopes alive, a perfectly executed play design led to an 8-yard run by Mahomes to pick up the first down.
Play 5: First-and-10 at Chiefs 42
Mahomes completes a pass to Marquez Valdes-Scantling that was going to be a positive gain, but Valdes-Scantling goes backward for a loss of 3 yards.
Play 6: Second-and-13 at Chiefs 39
Mahomes goes back to Valdes-Scantling, which turns into a positive gain of 7 yards.
Play 7: Third-and-6 at Chiefs 46
The 49ers send a blitz, but Mahomes finds Rice for a 13-yard gain and a first down.
Play 8: First-and-10 at 49ers 41
Mahomes finds Pacheco for a 4-yard pass.
Play 9: Second-and-6 at 49ers 37
Mahomes goes back to Pacheco, connects with him for a 5-yard gain.
Play 10: Third-and-1 at 49ers 32
The longest play of the drive, Mahomes uses his legs again, scrambles up the middle for a 19-yard gain to set Kansas City up in the red zone.

Pacheco runs for 3 yards.
Play 12: Second-and-7 at 49ers 10
Mahomes connects with Travis Kelce for a 7-yard gain, picking up a first down and putting the Chiefs on the brink of victory.
Play 13: First-and-goal at 49ers 3
Credit the cartoon cat and mouse.
The Chiefs run "Tom and Jerry," according to Mahomes, and the quarterback finds Mecole Hardman for the touchdown to win the Super Bowl.
"Tom and Jerry is the name of the play. We can guess who's who," Mahomes said after the game. "But the same motion, though. the same motion as we scored 'corndog,' and we scored a couple plays last year. So we saved it for the right moment."
Andy Reid added about the play: "That was 'corndog.' This was 'corndog' with a little mustard and ketchup."
